Pope Tawadros honors the heroes of the film

Yesterday, Tuesday, Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, honored the cast of the movie "Son of Her Tears", which deals with the life of St. Augustine, Bishop of Hippo.

This came during the film's special screening ceremony, which was held at Anba Royce Theater in St. Mark's Cathedral in Abbasiya yesterday evening, and was witnessed by Dr. Ghada Wali, Minister of Social Solidarity, Ambassador Nabila Makram, Minister of Immigration and Egyptians Affairs Abroad, Dr. Doria Sharaf El Din, former Minister of Information, and a number of artists, writers, media professionals and public figures.

The special screening of the film was also attended by Anba Bakhoum, Bishop of Sohag, Al-Manshah and Al-Maragheh, Anba Daniel, Bishop of Maadi and Secretary of the Holy Synod, Anba Makari, General Bishop of the churches of the southern Shubra sector, Anba Angelos, General Bishop of the churches of the northern Shubra sector.
